Delete your account

You can delete your Speak Quechua account and its data at any time. You do not need to ask permission and you do not need to explain why.

From inside the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. The account is closed immediately.

By email

Write to support@speakquechua.com from the address on the account with the subject Delete my account. We action it within 7 days and confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and login credentials.
• Your learning progress, streaks, and review history.
• Any notes or saved items you created.

What may remain briefly

• Server request logs, which contain no account identity and are purged within 30 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment receipts for tax purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.

Encrypted backups

Deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll over. It is not accessible in normal operation and is never restored to your account.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover an account once it is deleted.
