These terms govern your use of the Speak Quechua website and app, operated by HAUS GROUP LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

Speak Quechua is a language-learning service for Southern Quechua. It is an educational tool. It is not a certification, a qualification, or a substitute for a teacher or a community of speakers.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not scrape or bulk-copy the lessons for redistribution.
• Do not use the service to harass anyone or to break the law.

Content and credit

The lessons, arrangement, and interface are ours or used with permission. Quechua itself belongs to the people who speak it. Where we draw on published courses, dictionaries, or recordings we credit the source, and we do not present invented material as traditional.

Payment

Any paid features will state their price and billing period clearly before you are charged. Store subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google and can be cancelled there.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why where we reasonably can.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
